I've worked in recruitment for over 8 years, initially as the Talent Acquisition Manager for The Bloc, an award-winning pharmaceutical advertising agency, and now at Taylored Search as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Working in both internal and external recruitment has given me a unique perspective of what agencies look for as well as the specific types of opportunities that will catapult a person's career forward. 

Working as an external recruiter is very different from an internal role. While we focus on finding the right talent for the organizations we service, the people we represent are also our clients. Working with a diverse base of agencies allows us to open multiple doors for a person and better assist them in finding the best position to achieve their personal and professional goals.
