Ryan Persechino | Talent Acquisition Associate

After receiving my degree in Advertising and Marketing from Pace University, I immediately started looking into roles at ad agencies to start my career. While networking to find the right job, I was introduced to the team at Taylored Search and after a few conversations, was eventually offered an internship. The first three months were a crash course in learning about all the different roles in an ad agency and specifically what experience was needed to qualify for those positions. I quickly realized I have a knack for finding and identifying the specific experience our clients are looking for and after a successful introductory period, joined the team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. 

Now I spend my days (and sometimes my nights!) looking for the best talent in the industry to help staff our clients. I've quickly gone from looking for a job to helping others do the same, and I'm happy to be on this side of the equation. It's rewarding to see opportunities come together for people and I'm happy to have a hand in the introduction.
