You know that scene from Pulp Fiction when Samuel L. Jackson and John Travolta are in desperate need of help, and Harvey Keitel swoops in and fixes everything? That's kind of how I'd describe my experience with Lawton. You get the immediate sense this isn't his first rodeo and his charisma and confidence just make you feel safe. Somehow he was all business, yet extremely personable. He was here to get the job done, but only if you were happy with the outcome too. I would just say, if you're in the market for a recruiter, call him up and talk to him for about 30 seconds. You'll know what I, and the dozen other people here, are talking about.
