Lawton Taylor | Managing Director

I have over 20 years (ouch!) of experience specializing in healthcare advertising and medical communications recruitment. Prior to opening Taylored Search, I ran CGR/seven which specialized in full-time and freelance placement of pharmaceutical advertising professionals. After CGR/seven was acquired, I went on retainer for one of my clients, The Bloc, and worked internally as their Chief Talent Acquisition Officer for over seven years. 

My degree is in Psychology and I chose that major at a very young age as my naive goal in life was "to help people." My career in recruitment has allowed me to do just that and all these years later I still view myself as a counselor to others, trying to help them accomplish their goals - professional, personal, financial, or all of the above.
